- Panther Sports reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager prior to its acceptance.
- The minimum wager is $50 over the phone and $10 over the internet. The maximum wager is the available balance in the account unless otherwise stipulated. Such as, $2000 on the internet or by a wagering manager over the phone.
- All sporting events must be played on date and site scheduled unless otherwise specified. If any event is posponed and/or rescheduled, said event would automatically constitute "no action".
- Winners and losers are official after:
- Football (Pro-college) 55 min. of play
- Basketball (Pro) 43 min. of play
- Basketball (college) 35 min. of play
- Hockey (Pro & American) 55 min. of play
- Other sports (2/time limits must have <5 min. of play left)
- Baseball (home team winning) 4 1/2 innings
- Baseball (visitor winning) 5 innings of play
- Baseball (total runs wagers home winning) 8 1/2 innings
- Baseball (total runs wagers visitors winning) 9 innings
*Note: After 9 innings of play, if the game is called or suspended the score is determined after the last full inning unless the home team scores to tie or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score when the game is called. The listed pitchers must start or there is "no action".
- All event and game winners are determined on the date of the event's conclusion according to the house rules and conditions. Panther Sports does not recognize suspended games, protest and overturned decisions for wagering purposes. (Exceptions: baseball).
- When wagering on "totals", overtime periods are counted as a finel score.
- On half-time wagers, overtime periods are included as part of the 2nd half.
- The home team is always listed as the bottom team unless otherwise specified.
- All phone calls will be recorded and used to settle all disputes and/or for training and Customer Service control.
- Panther Sports reserves the right to add, delete or change house wagering rules and payoffs odds.
- Managerment keeps track by computer of all wagers, point and/or price changes made prior to the start of an event to help minimize errors and aid in fairly settling disputes. For Phone Wagers: in all cases of a dispute the tape recording of the transaction shall serve as the final determination of the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. Read back is final.
- Internet and phone account balances must be verified by the sports agent on the first call of the day only. Further account information, balances, or discrepancies may be obtained by contacting the Client Services department directly.
- members will be asked to provide their account number and password correctly before access is granted.
- Nevada Gaming Rules apply to any rule or type of wager not covered by rules and regulations herein.
- Members must be 18 years of age or over.
- Panther Sports is a foreign company and as such is neither required, nor does it report the winnings of individuals to any government agencies, and therefore, it is the sole responsibility of its members, if applicable, to report any winnings to their respective government Customs or Taxaction departments.
- After the wager has been given, the clerk will then repeat the play(s) back to the player. If the wagers and amounts are correct, the player is then required to give the account number and security code as confirmation.
- Panther Sports reserves the right to limit and/or refuse any wager.
- Wagers will not be changed or cancelled once they have been placed and confirmed. Any exceptions are subject to strict approval of management.
- Wagers taken on an incorrect/mistaken line due to human and/or computer error will be deemed no action.
- Panter Sports reserves the right to revise all Rules & Regulations and will do so fairly.
